Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing administrative support to our customers and internal teams. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative duties. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support for a range of customer programs and services.
  • Data Entry: Enter customer data into our database, update customer records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to internal teams, including profile creation, updating, and maintenance.
  • Filing and Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, access and retrieve documents, and create new documents as needed.
  • Customer Support Tickets: Produce and resolve customer support tickets, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Mail and Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of mail related to customer support procedures and handle exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research.
  • Front Desk Support: Greet and administer all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and consumers. Direct and seat all visitors to their designated offices and meeting rooms and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, record entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Work From Home: Be able to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace.
  • MS Office Suite: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate illustrated problem-solving potential and the ability to think critically.
  • Multitasking and Organization: Be enthusiastic and centered, with the ability to multitask and focus on requests.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess analytical skills, including the ability to multitask and resolve internal issues.
  • Minimal Direction: Be able to partner with minimal direction and resolve internal issues.
