Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and guidance to ensure their success. As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues and provide product expertise, ensuring timely and effective solutions

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, staying up-to-date on the latest features and capabilities to provide expert guidance and support
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value, providing proactive recommendations and solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management, to drive client engagement and retention
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements, sharing your expertise and insights to enhance the overall client experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, with a strong foundation in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
  • Experience working with customer support platforms, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment

  • Experience in a leadership or mentoring role, with a proven ability to guide and support team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
