Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Honolulu, USA. As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment
  • Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer
  • Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards
  • Navigating challenges by being consistent but adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally
  • Collaborating with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them achieve success with new processes and technologies

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in the airline industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
