Washington State Licensed Litigator (Contract and Remote)

A Seattle based law firm is looking for a Washington licensed attorney with at least six years of experience litigating to assist with general litigation and commercial litigation matters on a remote basis (location of candidates can be anywhere). This can be a contract or perm position. It can be either a full-time or part-time opportunity depending on what is best for the candidate. Experience handling general case workup activities such as written discovery, motion work and trial preparation in civil litigation matters is required. Minimum Qualifications of the Washington State Licensed Litigator (Contract and Remote):

• 6+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Excellent communication skills
• Licensed in Washington
• Excellent academic credentials

• Location: Remote Compensation The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.
