Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Modeling Customer Service Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
- Asset Protection and Compliance: Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
- Display Construction and Maintenance: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
- Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Special Assignments: Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain inventory records.

Preferred Qualifications
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Store Systems and Equipment: Familiarity with store systems and equipment, including cash registers, inventory management software, and display construction tools.
- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use a computer and navigate software applications, including inventory management and customer service platforms.
- Certifications or Training: Completion of customer service training programs or certifications, such as PPLs (Product Presentation and Layout).
