Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – Voice Banking, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Resolving Complex Issues: You will be required to resolve complex customer issues, including complaints, disputes, and other escalated matters.
  • Developing and Maintaining Product Knowledge: You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with our products and services, including new features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: You will work closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and develop solutions.
  • Meeting Performance Targets: You will be required to meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Customer Service Experience: You will need to have at least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience.
  • Financial Services Experience: While not essential, experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications:

  • Financial Services Experience: Experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable.
  • Call Center Experience: Experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.

Work from Home Technology Requirements

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – Voice Banking, you will need to meet the following work from home technology requirements:

  • Secure Home Office Environment: You will need to have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions.
  • Reliable Private Internet Connection: You will need to have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot.
  • Private Network: You will need to have a private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network.
  • Internet Service Provider: You will need to have an internet service provider that meets our minimum speed requirements (5Mbps download, 10+ Mbps preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – Voice Banking, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:

  • $21 per hour: You will be paid $21 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance.
  • Flexible Schedule: You will have the flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST, and Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST.
