Job Summary

We are seeking 20 highly skilled and motivated Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, answering inbound calls, and delivering high-quality service to our members and providers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and extending courtesy and professionalism at all times

  • Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Handle high-volume calls, taking 75+ calls per day, and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent (healthcare call center experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare call center environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
