Job Overview

In this critical role, you will provide direct support to arenaflex customers, focusing on sales and service excellence. Your responsibilities will include providing product information, registration support, service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries. As a concierge agent, you will resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals, and concessions, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer product information, registration support, and guidance on service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations

Requirements and Qualifications
