Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Social Media Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting new users in creating optimized profiles to enhance their prospects for contracts, grants, financing, and loans, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.
  • Engaging actively with users on our social media platform, addressing inquiries, concerns, and challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Delivering customer support across multiple channels, including ticket systems, chat, conferencing, and phone communication, providing a seamless experience for our users.
  • Conducting Beta Testing using our internal tools to ensure seamless platform functionality, identifying areas for improvement and providing valuable feedback.
  • Analyzing user data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement, helping us refine our platform and services.
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to enhance PPC and SEO strategies, driving user engagement and growth.
  • Identifying and reporting product bugs, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution and continuous platform improvement.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in social media or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VPN, and CRM tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to utilize AI for research purposes and engage empathetically with users on social media platforms.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in English along with one or more additional languages, or familiarity with translation tools, which will enable you to provide support to a broader range of users.
