Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers via phone. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions to customers who are looking for information about our clients' services and products. Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications:

- Working headset with a microphone
- Ability to perform work without supervision
- Must be over 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in a call center or sales organization
- Experience working with Google Chrome browser
- Familiarity with arenaflex's clients and services
