Main Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: - Greeting Customers: Welcome customers in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring they feel valued and respected. - Answering Questions: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable way, addressing any concerns or issues they may have. - Reporting Accidents: Promptly report any known accidents or incidents to your supervisor, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone. - Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the parking area is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to arenaflex's high standards. - Providing Exceptional Service: Deliver exceptional service to customers, exceeding their expectations and building a positive reputation for arenaflex.

Minimum Qualifications
