Job Overview

As an On-site Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our mission to provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all our customers. You will be part of a fast-paced, fun, and supportive team that values innovation, teamwork, and customer obsession. Your primary responsibilities will include helping customers via phone, email, and/or chat, using various tools and programs to navigate our website, research accounts, and communicate effective solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help a variety of arenaflex customers by phone, email, and/or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Use tools and programs to navigate the website, research accounts, review options and solutions for customers, and communicate them effectively.
  • Support customers through typing, phone, and computer skills by navigating the internet and website, multiple browsers, email, social media, and instant messenger, or chat tools.
  • Actively problem-solve and innovate on behalf of customers with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
  • Follow detailed verbal and written instructions, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Emphasize with and prioritize customer needs, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and effective.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic requirements:

  • Located in Costa Rica, with the ability to work on-site at our Calle Blancos, San José office.
  • Over 18 years old with a national ID or permanent resident ID (Dimex).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency required (bilingual position).
  • Strong typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.

  • Self-driven, motivated, and task-driven individual who can learn fast and operate with minimal support from Manager and Lead.
