Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Handle and process various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA (Participating Government Agencies) filings
- Maintain and update all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
- Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations
- Process organizational financier shipments and manage distant filings as required
- Ensure adherence to all service and operational standards, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in data entry and processing
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, business, international trade)
- High School Certificate or GED required; minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, with experience in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle high volumes of work, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in data entry and processing
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in customs clearance, trade compliance, or logistics
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in multiple software systems and reference materials
