Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while also providing a positive and personalized experience for each customer. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, phone, and email * Providing concise and accurate information to customers in a timely manner * Identifying and flagging major pain points and issues to our liaison team for further action * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge * Working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement process improvements Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, analytical, and soft skills.
