The Role
As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring they receive timely and satisfactory resolutions to their inquiries and concerns. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to our excellent reputation for customer care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns
- Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
- Troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support
- Handle inbound calls, providing comprehensive assistance to clients
- Utilize customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar to manage and resolve client issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer support services
Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses
- Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
- Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations
- Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Internet Requirements
* Personal PC or laptop (at least i5 processor or its equivalent) with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 99.9% uptime
- Headset or earbuds with a microphone for clear communication
