Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. Main Responsibilities

As a Voice/Non-Voice Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing personalized assistance to resolve problems and meet customer needs
  • Actively listening to customer feedback and concerns, and using this information to improve our services and contribute to team strategies
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment, where open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect are valued and encouraged
  • Gathering feedback from customers and using this information to improve our services and contribute to team strategies
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Voice/Non-Voice Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, even in challenging situations
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
  • A personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
  • A backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment
