As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, You Will:

* Educate and provide accurate information directly to consumers regarding purchase orders, product offerings, changes in service, or impending sales promotions

  • Develop and serve as the direct point of contact for our client's customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution
  • Support our sales professionals in assisting customers, overturning objections, exceeding expectations, and closing out sales
  • Maintain detailed customer account information including address, contact information, and billing
  • Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Support Representative team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance sales profits for our clients

What We Look For From Our Customer Support Representative:

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required

  • An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales
  • An outgoing personality and the natural ability to connect with customers, clients, and other team members within the Customer Support Representative team
