Join our Customer Care Team as a Trainee

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Intern to join our team for a 6-month trainee program. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain industry knowledge, and potentially secure a permanent position. As a Customer Care Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Program Details

* Duration: 6 months

  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Timings: Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM BST), Saturday (10 AM to 3 PM BST)
  • Requirements: A 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24" Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair, and a quiet workspace

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer/clients queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer/clients needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Updating our internal databases/CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
  • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives
  • Updating CRM (Change current course to completed modules)
  • Handling complicated queries that are not resolved by the first contact person

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
