• Design Development:
• Lead the design process from concept through production, creating detailed design solutions that address form and function.

• Apply industrial design principles to create products that are not only visually appealing but also ergonomically functional and manufacturable.
• Project Collaboration:
• Work closely with engineers, marketers, and product managers to align design with project goals and specifications.
• Participate in virtual meetings and design reviews, presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback from team members.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including manufacturers and suppliers, to address design feasibility and production challenges.

• Design Documentation:

• Innovation and Trends:

• Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve design issues promptly, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and improve product performance.
• Conducted design validation and testing to ensure that designs met quality and safety standards. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in industrial design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and outcomes.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, or Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Solid understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
