  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High-speed internet access and a reliable computer with a headset and microphone
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk platforms

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
