Experienced Customer Service Representative – Automotive Industry Chat Agent (Remote)

As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and thoughtful responses to our customers' inquiries via email and chat/text messages. Your expertise in the automotive industry, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will enable you to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide grammatically correct and thoughtful responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless operations
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including a minimum number of conversations per hour and ERA above 10%
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Education & Skills Required:

* Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Access to high-speed internet for remote work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and report system errors or anomalies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and deadlines

Work Schedule:

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with two possible work schedules:

  • Schedule 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
  • Schedule 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
