Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on insurance plans and benefits to ensure our clients have a seamless experience
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure our clients can access the information they need
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to support
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security to protect our clients' sensitive information

Requirements
