Job Summary

As a Customer Care Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist II, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and Resolving Customer Inquiries: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively will make a significant difference in their satisfaction.
  • Providing Critical Service and Product Information: You will be the go-to expert for our customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Processing Orders and Entering Data: You will be responsible for processing orders and entering data into our order entry system, ensuring that our customers receive their products and services in a timely manner.
  • Tracking Customer Packages: You will be responsible for tracking customer packages and ensuring that our customers receive their orders as scheduled.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: You will be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and meet business objectives.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities and skills:

  • 6+ Months of Experience in Customer Service: You will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will be an effective communicator, able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will be able to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Understanding of Computer Systems: You will have a basic understanding of computer systems and be able to troubleshoot issues with minimal assistance.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: You will be flexible and willing to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Quiet, Distraction-Free Workspace: You will have a dedicated workspace at home that is quiet, distraction-free, and secure.
  • Ability to Work with Technology: You will be able to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera when requested by leadership.
  • High-Speed Internet and Modem or Router: You will have wired, high-speed internet, a modem or router with an Ethernet port, and a thin client that connects directly (no satellite internet or Wi-Fi).

Training and Development

As a Customer Care Specialist II, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role. Our training program includes:

  • Orientation: 1 week of training (Tuesday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST)
  • Training: 3 weeks of training (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST)
