Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Responsibilities:

* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement

• Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
• Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards
• Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
• Analyze data and metrics to inform process improvements and identify areas for optimization
• Communicate process improvements and recommendations to stakeholders and team members
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Certification in a related field (e.g., Six Sigma, Quality Assurance)
