Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Responsibilities:
* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
- Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards
- Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
- Analyze data and metrics to inform process improvements and identify areas for optimization
- Communicate process improvements and recommendations to stakeholders and team members
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in a related field (e.g., Six Sigma, Quality Assurance)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
