Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working on various research studies, surveys, and data collection projects from the comfort of your own home. You'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, work at your own pace, and enjoy a fun and engaging work experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
  • Completing data entry tasks, surveys, and other research-related activities
  • Providing feedback and insights on various products and services
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your work
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure high-quality research and data collection

  • Meet productivity and quality standards for each project
  • Communicate effectively with our team and clients through email, phone, or video conferencing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research and data collection

Requirements

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred

  • Current USA resident
  • Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus as more opportunities are available
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized, but not mandatory
  • Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting

  • Familiarity with online research and data collection tools and platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
