Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home opportunity. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience

  • Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Offer personalized support and solutions to help plan members better understand their coverage and options
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with healthcare or pharmacy benefit plans
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour. In addition to your compensation, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
