The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data entry specialists in supporting our sales reps and clients through the entire mission lifecycle. This includes:

• Designing and executing the functional components of our advertising efforts, from pre-sale direction and media planning to campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing
• Collaborating with our sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless income tracking and reporting
• Investigating and resolving complex issues related to stock, advertising products, and campaigns
• Developing and maintaining internal documentation to ensure best practices and cycle efficiency
• Working closely with our regional teams and serving as a local hub of excellence for other offices across EMEA
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in our promotion tech stack and system

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales reps and clients through the entire mission lifecycle

• Design and execute effective media plans that drive revenue growth
• Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort of management
• Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including stock valuation, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing
• Ensure the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and able to address all related questions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests related to stock, advertising products, or campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless income tracking and reporting
• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to promotion delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Promotion Stages support
• Test potential promotion tech merchant integrations and provide input on contract discussions
• Ideate, execute, audit, and advance functional cycles that drive quality and efficiency
• Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop systems and products that boost revenue yield
• Make, teach, and develop ability, including training future recruits
• Create and update internal documentation to explain cycles and best practices
• Work closely with regional teams and serve as a local hub of excellence for other offices across EMEA
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in our promotion tech stack and system

The Experience We Expect From You

* Graduate level or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in promotion tech
• Group management insight
• Master in defining and advancing cycles
• Profoundly able in determining, planning, dealing, and overseeing advertising lobbies for show and video across websites, applications, social stages, and associated television conditions
• Shown capacity in enacting efforts, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution
• Solid understanding of automatic promoting, advances that power it, and key sellers in the space
• Acquainted with general information security and protection prerequisites connected with advanced publicizing
• Ready to address the organization in outside gatherings and occasions
• Media or diversion brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
