Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative Role We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representatives. As a member of our team, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients during catastrophe relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs. Key Responsibilities As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs * Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process * Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately * Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions * Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills * The ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Basic understanding of Windows operating systems * Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality * The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues * Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) * Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process Computer and Network Requirements To ensure a seamless and secure experience, you'll need: * A computer with Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home operating system * A headset (preferably with a microphone) * A private network connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) * A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) * A QRM laptop/computer will not be provided; you'll need to use your own computer for the role Desired Characteristics We're looking for individuals who are: * Highly motivated and production-driven * Team-oriented and customer-focused * Energetic and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Benefits and Compensation As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour * The ability to work from home when convenient for you * Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week * Opportunities for rehire during high-volume timeframes (April-May, July-October, and Christmas-New Year) * A supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development How to Apply If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a temporary remote opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
