What to Expect

As a Part-time Nights/Weekends, Remote/Hybrid Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy: Ensure seamless customer experiences by accurately scheduling appointments and managing customer data.
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, both in writing and over the phone.
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed: Recognize and address potential issues, escalating them to supervisors when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines while assisting customers: Stay up-to-date with changing policies and procedures, applying your knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D.: A solid educational foundation is essential for this position.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment: Proven customer service experience is a must.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills: Clearly and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer: Juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
  • Must be able to pass a background check: A clean background is essential for this role.
