Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Dispute Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigating customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and issues
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards
  • Continuously learning and adapting to new software and technology tools

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
