arenaflex is a global leader in the financial services industry, with a rich history of innovation and customer-centricity. With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys, which encompass 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's driving the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted on Qualtrics, our survey seller.
  • Working closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs.
  • Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform.
  • Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions.
  • Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
  • Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
  • Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
  • Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.

  • Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise on functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.
