Key Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information about pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Offer solutions and support to customers, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the customer experience and drive positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with customers in a call center, retail, customer support, hospitality, or military environment. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
