Job Summary
As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue growth. You'll work from home, using your own computer or laptop, and will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Turn conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients
- Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's technology solutions
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Oklahoma (Tulsa area preferred)
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (gaming experience a plus)

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business)
- 2+ years of customer service experience (gaming experience a plus)

- Familiarity with arenaflex's technology solutions (or similar platforms)

- Strong typing skills (35 WPM minimum, 40 and above preferred)
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and online communities (a plus)
