Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company, handling calls and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Consistently delivering a great customer experience, ensuring that consumers are satisfied with their products or services. * Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer service process. * Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery. * Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements. * Maintaining customer and client confidentiality, adhering to arenaflex's strict confidentiality policies. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1-2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality. * Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. * A background check and drug screening will be required as part of the hiring process. Equipment and Work Environment As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following equipment requirements: * A laptop or desktop PC with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook). * Ability to hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable. * A USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone (not wireless). * A webcam (external or embedded). You'll work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
