Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with us to build a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and meeting productivity and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
  • Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve customer concerns.
  • Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, providing clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, including payment issues, loan terms, and other related matters.
  • Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.

  • Two years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with a strong background in collections and servicing.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and online chat.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
