Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty. You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to provide exceptional service, navigate challenges, and maintain a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Interact with Customers: Provide a pleasant, expert, assured, and insightful experience to help resolve customer travel issues and make their journey memorable.
- Anticipate Customer Needs: Step up and watch for customer needs while maintaining a robust sense of responsibility, even in situations where we've inconvenienced a customer.
- Maintain a Safety Mindset: Ensure the highest standards of safety and security while working with customers and colleagues.
- Navigate Challenges: Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, adapting to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with others to achieve success, assist colleagues, and support them in adopting new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Physically able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage.
- Security Clearance: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Appearance: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
