Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex products, services, and policies, including our extensive range of pet food, toys, and supplies.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
