Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via live chat and phone support, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
• Making outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes, leveraging your communication and active listening skills to drive sales and satisfaction
• Conducting quality checks on prior day calls to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service
• Scheduling visits with maintenance customers and following up on reviews, both positive and negative
• Offering promotions to customers on our list, driving sales and revenue growth
• Providing general inbound customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Key Skills and Qualifications
