The Role

As a Virtual Assistant in live chat support, you'll play a vital role in managing and responding to live chat inquiries on business websites and social media platforms. Your interactions will include handling customer questions, offering sales support, and providing promotional discounts. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing a seamless and personalized experience for our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and respond to live chat inquiries on business websites and social media platforms

  • Handle customer questions, offering sales support and providing promotional discounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Skills and Qualifications:

* Must own a smartphone, tablet, or laptop capable of accessing social media and live chat functions

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Must be available to work at least 5 hours per week
  • Must have a reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or live chat support

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and live chat software
