The Role
As a Virtual Assistant in live chat support, you'll play a vital role in managing and responding to live chat inquiries on business websites and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings
Skills and Qualifications:
* Must own a smartphone, tablet, or laptop capable of accessing social media and live chat functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Must be available to work at least 5 hours per week
