We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Key Responsibilities

As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent), you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, cargo, and mail to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
  • Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
  • Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
  • Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' destinations.
  • Collaborating with other airport teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in English
  • Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
  • Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having experience in customer service, airport operations, or a related field would be an asset.
