Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer service, technical support, and sales calls, emails, and chats with a high degree of professionalism
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing product information, demos, and training to customers as needed
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior team members or management
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • To be a legal U.S.A. citizen or Legal Resident
  • A clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
  • A computer and cable or DSL Internet connection
  • The ability to invest $12.95 for a background check (you'll receive a copy) and the cost of client training (all fees are reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
