Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate with arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to package delivery, including phone calls, emails, and chat support
- Documenting delivery flow information into our tracking system to ensure accurate and timely updates
- Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery

What You'll Need
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate with arenaflex, you'll need:
- The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
