Overview of the Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll work closely with customers to understand their appliance needs, manage delivery and installation scheduling, communicate backorder updates, and provide solutions to their appliance-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage walk-in traffic and provide exceptional customer service
- Project manage delivery and installation scheduling for clients' needs
- Communicate backorder updates and provide solutions to customers
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Execute marketing programs and other company initiatives
- Manage repeat customers needing products for rental and other property investments
