Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Patient Support and Front Desk Operations at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient support and front desk operations. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls per shift, ensuring that all calls are answered and resolved efficiently
- Accurately capturing information and updating systems as needed to ensure seamless communication and data management
- Providing availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient's medication as needed
- Assisting new and returning patients with their application process for services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve patient concerns and issues
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or front desk operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with patients
