Job Summary

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a remote environment, connecting with customers over the phone to assist them with filing claims, setting up vehicle repairs, and communicating with medical providers and law offices. Your role will involve:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing effective solutions to various questions and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Working in a virtual team environment, leveraging technology to stay connected and productive
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with customers via phone to file and document claims for accidents

  • Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
  • Communicate with medical providers, law offices, and insurance providers
  • Resolve and de-escalate customer issues calmly
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Active Adjuster Insurance License

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 25 wpm)
  • Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent logical problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
