Job Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a remote environment, connecting with customers over the phone to assist them with filing claims, setting up vehicle repairs, and communicating with medical providers and law offices. Your role will involve:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Key Responsibilities
* Connect with customers via phone to file and document claims for accidents
- Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
- Communicate with medical providers, law offices, and insurance providers
- Resolve and de-escalate customer issues calmly
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Active Adjuster Insurance License
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient typing skills (minimum 25 wpm)
- Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent logical problem-solving and organizational skills
