Job Description

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting with our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service, resolve customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborate with our vendors and sellers to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize various communication channels to assist arenaflex customers, including phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Create resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant arenaflex departments when necessary
  • Collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer service effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to advise customers on their inquiries
  • Work independently while connecting with the team remotely

Qualifications:

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

  • Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
  • Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, overtime as needed
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
  • Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
