Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls. You'll provide exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently, and educate customers on benefits and products. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meet performance goals in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and benefits to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* 1 year of customer service experience with the same company (call center experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Empathetic and good listening skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to clear a background check
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (bonus pay rate: $18/hour)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous sales or benefits experience
- Call center experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
