Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via messages, live chat, or phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
