Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly to provide information regarding Verizon's new products and technology
  • Handling all customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism, and ease
  • Providing tailored product and service recommendations by building strong customer relationships and identifying their wants and needs
  • Accurately inputting confidential customer information into our database using our POS software
  • Representing our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive customer satisfaction and client retention
  • Assisting the sales team by generating leads, creating a referral pipeline, and evaluating the sales lifecycle

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative, sales, or serving role
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • The ability to be versatile and flexible
  • A positive outlook, fun attitude, and enjoyment of interacting with others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
