Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system
- Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating follow-up actions as necessary
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and updating them on the status of their tickets
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
- Collaborating with our Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient ticket resolution
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly desirable)
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
